Jennie Arates Seminary - November 28, 1864 Arates Seminary or near there November the 1864 28 Miss Mollie Marshall My Dear Mollie I once more find myselfe seated at 9 Oclock to write you a few lines to let you know you are not forgotten by your old friend Jennie. (but I guess I am all most by you) Well Mollie I think you mit have written to me befor this time I would to you but have not had time I have study every night untill 10 O Clock or after. I am getting a long very well with my studies I think. And I have a vary nice time I and some of the other girls playing with the boys Mollie my school notes are all very kind. There is one girl named Clay you bet I love her just for the name. Mollie you must take good care of Clay for me (if you can) Mollie tell John I am going to return his visit when I come up there tell him I expect to stay longer than he did with me to. If you hear any news from the boys let me know Mollie tell Billie that Lollie and Fannie quarrels over him very often and I think he had better have Lollie for Fannie is so much trouble I have to unty her shoes every night. Give my compliments to Ike and my warmest regards to Frank E and Johny M and my love to you know who. Mollie remember me to your Ma and tell her to remember me in her prayers as she would any absent child. Tell Georgeie and Billie I still remember them.
