Elliott as we have had sickness in the family I have not had a chance to answer your letter and I write to inform you that we are better George has been sick for about ten days with typhoid malaria but was a light-attact compared to some he is improving very fast - we had one of the best doctors in Nevada Dr Churchill the rest of the family is not very well I have one of the worst colds I ever had George's Brother Jolly & Minerva come up Saturday.
